Head of management

Job responsibilities:

1. College degree or above in business administration or equivalent qualification

2. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality system and enterprise management

3. Good organizational skills, good computer skills, able to devote myself to the work

4. In large and medium-sized enterprises engaged in enterprise management work for more than 3 years

5. Administrative management, human resources management, system standards, business etiquette, communication management

Post requirements:

1. Implement company quality policy and quality target, be responsible to general manager.

2. To organize and implement the recruitment, training, employment, conversion, post change, promotion, appointment and removal, demotion, resignation and other work.

3. Organize the revision and management of company-level management documents.

4. Organize employee attendance, salary verification, survey and evaluation of employee satisfaction.

5. To organize and implement the management of the police.

6. To organize and implement the daily management and supervision of the company.

7. Organize the establishment, implementation and improvement of the company's salary system.

8. Organize the company to report and handle industrial injury and accident.

9. Organize and implement VIP reception and regular company meetings.

10. To organize and implement network information management.

11. Participate in internal audit and management review, organize and implement continuous improvement projects.

12. Implement other work authorized by general manager.
